Ordering
Order processing can vary but usually orders go out within 2-3 business days from when its placed.
We take security and fraud very seriously and we have extensive measures in place to detect and identify potential fraudulent orders.
If your order is cancelled right after you submit it, chances are its been flagged for fraud.
If you email us we can explain exactly why it was cancelled.
We have detailed size charts available for every style.
We only print on AUTHENTIC brand garments these measurements are accurate so please check before ordering.

We accept most major credit cards, as well as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Please note, we can only accept one form of payment for each order.
Shipping
We ship all orders from Southern California.
Currently all items are printed in and shipped from one of locations in Southern California. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on the size of your order and whichever service is offering the fastest and lowest rate at the time of your order. On average, most orders should arrive within 5-8 days (this timeframe includes custom production + shipping combined). You will also receive notification and tracking information via email when your order has shipped.
Please note, we custom make everything we sell. There is typically a 2-5 business day timeframe needed for production during which your order will be printed, quality checked, and packed. Once this process is done, your order will then ship out.
If it has been more than 14 days since your order date, and you still have not received your shipment, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Items must be new and not worn. If you wear a item and return it we will simply ship it back to you. All items are inspected upon return. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
Any items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume/cologne, pet hair/dander, stains/marks, will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If you received damaged or incorrect items, send us a photo and a description of the issue and our customer service team will respond with appropriate steps typically within 24 hours.
Need a Different Size or Color?
If you want to exchange for a different size or color, return the item and email us your preferred size or color. Once we receive the return, we will process the exchange.
Just Not Loving it?
If you want to return an item, you can get store credit for the full amount, including shipping. Store credits never expire and make great gifts!
SavageMe gladly accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, clean of pet hair, and with no odor or smell of any foreign substances within 30 days of receipt of your order. In order to begin the exchange process, please email us at cs@savageme.com for instructions.
Please Note: Shipping and handling fees are non refundable (Exceptions may apply). This includes deductible costs; for orders that fall below the free shipping minimum requirement, eg; if part of the order is returned, total shipping cost will be withheld. Also, the total shipping cost for free shipping orders will be withheld should the order be returned.
All sales are final on items purchased during a sale.
